Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
Acceptance
Dahlia is operated by LifePath (“we,” “us”). By using Dahlia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Dahlia is free; there is no subscription, no billing, and no account to cancel.
What Dahlia is — and is not
Dahlia is a private documentation and safety-planning tool. It is not a law firm, medical provider, or licensed professional service, and nothing in it is legal, medical, or professional advice.
Dahlia is not an emergency service. SOS alerts depend on your device, your connectivity, and third-party email/SMS delivery, and are not guaranteed to arrive. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Your vault and your PIN
Your vault is protected by a PIN that only you know. Because entries are encrypted on your device, we cannot recover your content if you lose both your PIN and your recovery phrase. Keep your recovery phrase somewhere safe.
Acceptable use
You may not use Dahlia for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to submit false or misleading information intended to deceive a court, agency, or another person.
Exports and evidence
Dahlia can generate timelines, hashes, and export packages from your entries. These artifacts document what was saved and when; whether they are admitted or credited in any legal proceeding is up to the court, not to us. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Dahlia is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including undelivered alerts or unavailable service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
